Our Lady Queen of Peace School's Family Association is dedicated to hosting exciting and educational events for our students and their families. In addition, the Family Association participates in a variety of fundraisers that benefit our students by funding events and helping to defray school expenses. All parents and guardians are invited to join us for our Family Association general meetings.  This is your opportunity to learn more about what is happening at OLQP, to ask questions, and to volunteer for events.

The benefits of attending include:

• Our meetings are very informative!  The are a great place to ask questions about the school, to volunteer for events, and to meet up with friends.

Class Representatives help foster communication within the classroom by keeping the lines of communication open among the class, the teacher, and the school.

Responsibilities of Class Representatives include:

• Being available to assist the teacher if needed;
• Acting as a liaison for new families;
• Volunteering for 3 events per year 
• Attending Family Association meetings and encouraging others to do so;
• Keeping class parents informed.

The Family Association always welcomes new ideas and suggestions for school events.  We try our best to organize events the children will enjoy with their families.  The monies received from any fundraising events are directly used to fund future events at the school and to help defray school expenses.  Here is a list of fundraising events that have been held in prior years.  Please see our current year school calendar for upcoming school events.
