  • Boys Spring - shorts from Flynn and O’Hara only Please note: If shorts are purchased then the children can wear all white sneakers with all white socks that can be seen over the ankle.

• Parents please check the TADS report card system frequently - be mindful of your child's progress throughout the school year
  • please contact the main office if you need help logging into the system
• Homework Policy - each child begins the quarter to a "100" homework grade in each subject area - for each missed HW it is -5 points on their HW grade - EX: 2 missed HW -10 pts - grade would 90 for the quarter
• Please make sure you have enrolled in our Google Classroom 
  • Our class code is : dzcw7gf
    • A Zoom link has been posted on Google Classroom in the event of a quarentine situation - it will ONLY be active during those times
• School begins every day at 7:50am. 
• Dismissal is 2:20pm in the school yard - (our door is marked "3rd grade)
• A parent or guardian MUST sign the agenda every night
• If your child is being dismissed differently then normal schedule please write me an email (h.lagrega@olqpsi.com) or note to let me know 
• Students should wear their gym uniforms on Tuesdays for dance and Fridays for gym
• Please be aware that we do have a number of food related allergies in the classroom - be mindful of the foods you are sending in for lunch
  • Students should have EXTRA water with the everyday
• Children may celebrate their birthday with the class
  • only INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED NUT FREE food items are allowed.  I am not able to hand out donuts, munchkins or cupcakes.  Please write me an email or note to arrange a date - napkins/paper plates are always welcomed
• Please put all notes, money and communication on your child's Hh folder 
  • Tuesday Test folders must be signed and cleaned out every Tuesday and returned the next day
• If your child is absent for 3 consecutive days in a row (or more) - they MUST provide a DOCTORS note upon their return
